Koeppe, past president of the Colorado Association of School Executives, has 22 years experience in superintendency positions including the chief executive roles in both the Denver (CO) and Cherry Creek (CO) Public Schools. He also has served on the board of the Kent-Denver School, a private college preparatory school. He served as Professor in Educational Administration at the University of Colorado at Denver. The past-president of the Denver (CO) Rotary Club holds his Ph.D. in testing and guidance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Shirli M. Billings, Ph.D. Dr. Shirli M. Billings, Senior Executive Consultant at SchoolMatch and Principal Consultant with Billings-Vioni Management Associates. She currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of South Jersey Industries Inc., a publicly traded energy company, where she is chair of the nominating and governance committee and serves on the compensation pension committee and management development committee. She previously served as corporate Vice President for Human Resource Development with Honeywell, Inc. and as President of an independent human resource development academy serving a large Florida county school district, superintendent of three school systems in Ohio, Minnesota and New Jersey, Director of Secondary Schools for the Cleveland (OH) Public School District, and Dean at Ohio's Central State University College of Education. She earned a Ph.D. in educational leadership and human resource management at The Ohio State University. Suzanne Burkholder, Ph.D. Dr. Suzanne Burkholder, Senior Executive Consultant at SchoolMatch, is a Past President of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators, Past President of The Ohio State University chapter of Phi Delta Kappa and the Columbus Mortar Board Alumni. She is a former administrator in the Mayfield City and Southwestern City School Districts in Ohio. She has served as Interim Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Director of Personnel and Field Experience Supervisor. Dr. Burkholder also was an adjunct professor in the College of Education at The Ohio State University, where she earned her Ph.D. and received the Alumni "Award of Distinction." Bruce P. Greenfield, M.B.A. Bruce P. Greenfield, M.B.A. has been an independent management consultant since 1991. He gained his earlier professional experience while with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), KMG Main Hurdman (now KPMG Peat Marwick), and Booz Allen & Hamilton. Bruce has conducted successful engagements for the Ohio Department of Education and several school districts, in addition to various other clients in both the public and private sectors. He also serves on the adjunct faculty of Capital University's School of Management and Ashland University's College of Business & Economics. Mr. Greenfield holds a Masters in Business Administration (with emphasis in Operations Research/Management Science) from The University of Michigan and a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Bruce was elected Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the Institute of Management Consultants in 1985. He is currently a service affiliate member of the Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO). William R. Mason, Jr. M.Ed. William R. Mason, Jr. M.Ed. is Vice President for Consulting Services at SchoolMatch and Adjunct Professor in the University of Dayton's School of Education and Allied Professions. Mr. Mason is also an American College of Forensic Examiners qualified expert in school litigation issues, a former assistant superintendent of the Newark (OH) City Schools, principal, teacher, and two-time President of the Ohio Association of School Personnel Administrators. He holds a Master's Degree in educational leadership from Kent State University and continues to serve as an NCAA basketball and Lacrosse official. Bruce E. Mousa, Ph.D. Dr. Bruce E. Mousa, Senior Executive Consultant at SchoolMatch, served as Chief Business Officer for the Worthington (OH) City Schools for many years, where he also served as Director of Business Services and Administrative Specialist for Personnel. He chaired the Ohio Public Schools Committee for the All-Ohio Safety Congress and was educational consultant to LINC Resource on the Market Linkage Project in Special Education. The former Treasurer of the Ohio Association of School Personnel Administrators was named Administrator of the year by the Ohio Association of School Personnel Administrators, and holds Certification in Strategic Planning from the AASA National Academy for School Executives. Currently he serves as a project management consultant and training instructor and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He received his Ph.D. in educational leadership from The Ohio State University. William L. Bainbridge, Ph.D. Dr. William L. Bainbridge, currently serves as President and CEO of SchoolMatch, and as a Distinguished Research Professor at The University of Dayton. He is the former superintendent of three school districts in Ohio and Virginia, and former Assistant to the Ohio Superintendent of Public Instruction. He has served as a lead consultant in SchoolMatch Audits of Educational Effectiveness in school systems in over 30 states. He was named Educator of the Year by the Ohio PTA and has served as educational consultant to over 400 corporations and hundreds of school systems. He is a Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners and Diplomate of the National Academy for School Executives. He has been featured on NBC's Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America, CNN, NPR, CBS radio and over 400 national and local television and radio programs. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Human Resource Management at The Ohio State University, and completed post-doctoral studies at Columbia University.
