Purpose of STS STS is a tax-exempt, tax deductible foundation whose sole purpose is to provide scholarships to financially needy gifted and talented OHIO students in grades 3-11. Scholarships are made available for students who would benefit from enrichment activities not normally provided in schools. STS does not discriminate on the basis of gender, religious preference, race, or country of national origin. |
